1. When creating my e-publication, how autonomous can I be?

One of the main benefits of our business solution is that you decide how autonomous you want to be depending on your internal resources. You can choose between two formulas:

-You create your e-publication:
You take control of our Online Software to create your own e-publication at your own discretion. In a very intuitive way, the Online Software invites you to upload your e-publication in PDF format before converting it to an online format that you can flip through. You can also customize the UI very easily (background color, icons, navigation bar tools, logo insertion…) and enrich your document through links, videos, interactive table of contents, etc

-We create your e-publication:
You send us your publication in PDF format and we create the corresponding interactive version.

2. Where will my e-publication be hosted?

In order to guarantee a very high level of security and flexibility, we automatically host your e-publication on our servers for a period of 12 months. You only need to put a picture or an animation of your e-publication on your website: when a user clicks on it, he is immediately redirected to your e-publication, hosted on our servers. You can save bandwidth and offer a seamless experience to your users at the same time! We also offer you the possibility to host your e-publications internally. With the « Offline File » option, you can access the source files of your e-publications and host them on your own servers.

3. Can I add links to my e-publication?

Of course! You can insert any type of link on any type of content (text, picture, video…) in your e-publication: internal links (to other pages of your e-publication) or external links (to a website, an online shop or an email address).
For example, you can add a link to the image of a product so that, when a user clicks on it, he is automatically redirected to your online shop.
NBetter, our solution detects URLs and email addresses in the body of your PDF file and converts them automatically to clickable links. This unique functionality is a real time saver!

4. Can users have offline access to an e-publication?

If you want users to have access to your e-publication offline, we can provide you the source files. You will then be able to put them on any support (CD, USB key, external HD…).

5. If I choose to create my publication with your online editor, will I be able to modify it in any way indefinitely?

In order to properly finalize your publication, the Online Software allows you to modify it for a period of 3 weeks, at will. After that period, your e-publication will no longer be modifiable. If you want to be able to modify your e-publication after the 3 weeks period, you can subscribe to an optional feature (« Unlimited Modification »).

6. Do you offer any specific designs for the links to my e-publication?

We offer you a choice between a static cover page image and a short Flash animation where you can flip through the first 4 pages of your e-publication.
This is a very effective way to attract users and increase traffic to your e-publication. We can also create animated GIF images of your e-publication on demand so you can insert them in your emails for example.

7. Can users have access to my e-publication from any computer?

Yes. Our e-publications are compatible with all operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and all major internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). And if you want users to have access to your e-publication offline, we can provide you with the source files. You will then be able to put them on any support (CD, USB key, external HD…).

8. Can I use my e-publication for canvassing?

Of course! The e-publication is an extremely enjoyable, lively, seamless interactive experience, it is therefore ideal for canvassing purposes.
We can also send your emails on your behalf with our professional sorting and mailing platform.

9. Will there be any ads on my e-publication and/or website?

No. No ad will appear on your e-publication except if it is on your original PDF document.
If you decide to create your e-publication with our Online Software, you will notice that our logo appears by default in the navigation bar. However, you can replace it with yours very easily.

10. Can users print my e-publication?

Yes, if you accept to display the printing icon on your navigation bar.
Bear in mind that you can forbid users from printing your e-publication or ask them to sign on with a login and password in order to get authorization to do so.

11. Once my e-publication is created and online, do I have access to usage stats?

Yes. You can have access to a comprehensive set of stats: how many users consulted your e-publication, how many pages they read, how many times they zoomed on a particular page, etc.
If you want to have access to more data, we can embed the Google Analytics module. This will allow you to know the geographical location of your readers, their computer equipment, their browsing habits, etc.

12. How many pages can my e-publication contain?

As many pages as you want! We have already created thousands-of-pages-long e-publications!
